As the Directorâs right-hand support, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-priority projects, and act as a liaison between the Director and key stakeholders. Fluency in Chinese is essential for communication with regional partners and clients.

Responsibility
- Manage the Directorâs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication in both Chinese and English.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects, tracking progress and delivering updates to the Director.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as event planning, expense management, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
