Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT automation scripts and workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Design and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to visualize complex healthcare data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify informatics needs and deliver scalable solutions tailored to healthcare operations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of informatics tools and applications.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement in healthcare settings.
- Provide training and support to end-users on informatics tools, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in IT automation, data visualization, and healthcare informatics.
- Document system configurations, processes, and user guides to maintain knowledge continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT automation, data visualization, or informatics, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for creating dynamic reports and dashboards.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or RPA tools).
- Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is highly desirable.
