Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage graduate student admissions, enrollment, and academic records.
- Liaise with faculty, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with university policies.
- Organize and oversee graduate program events, workshops, and orientations.
- Provide administrative support for thesis submissions, defenses, and degree certifications.
- Maintain and update student databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of graduate program policies and procedures.
- Handle student inquiries and provide guidance on academic and administrative matters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in academic administration, student services, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with university policies, procedures, and academic regulations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Experience in an international or multicultural setting is a plus.
