Responsibility

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian and international cuisines.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Creative mindset with a passion for seasonal and sustainable cooking.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
