Responsibility
- Identify and develop new customer relationships through proactive outreach and business development activities.
- Provide expert advice on personal banking products, including savings accounts, investments, and insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for customers to recommend appropriate financial products.
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures.
- Participate in community outreach and local marketing events to enhance the bank's brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update banking systems with real-time transaction data.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail or banking environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluency in Mandarin or other dialects is an added advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and risk management.
