As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in maximizing the effectiveness, capacity, and impact of the Head of School by providing high-level administrative support, strategic planning, and seamless coordination. Responsibility
- Manage the Head of School’s calendar, appointments, and correspondence, ensuring prioritization and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and school events, including board meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Act as a primary liaison between the Head of School, faculty, parents, students, and external partners.
- Oversee logistical arrangements for travel, accommodations, and school-related functions.
- Draft and edit reports, speeches, and communications on behalf of the Head of School.
- Monitor and follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure accountability and progress.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for the Head of School’s office.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and high-profile interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an educational or corporate leadership setting.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
