Responsibility
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and discretion.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate and oversee PR and branding initiatives, including media relations, press releases, and corporate communications.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research and provide strategic insights to support the CEO's decision-making processes.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Proven experience in PR, branding, or corporate communications is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
