Responsibility
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and liaising with team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Provide general administrative support, such as ordering office supplies, managing mail, and handling ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with experience handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
