You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between internal departments and executive leadership, managing sensitive correspondence, and streamlining organizational administrative processes.
Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, memos, and emails on behalf of executives.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries, screening communications to ensure timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate administrative office operations to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive or high-level administrative support role.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
