Responsibility

  • Board Support: Assist in preparing board meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth governance operations.
  • HR Coordination: Support HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, reports, and corporate documents.
  • Workforce Coordination: Assist in scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for team members and executives.
  • Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between departments, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate clear and timely communication.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in administrative workflows and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Event & Meeting Support: Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including logistics, invitations, and technical setup.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
