Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to facilitate smooth financial reviews.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize financial resources.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a non-profit or international organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
