Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in the assigned Bali region.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to present product portfolios, negotiate contracts, and secure orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A pharmacy background is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with the Bali healthcare market and existing networks with pharmacies or hospitals is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software for sales tracking.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Bali regions.
