Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, and catering arrangements.
- Manage on-site event operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and according to plan.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio of successful events.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Knowledge of local vendors, venues, and cultural nuances in Bali is a plus.
