As an Events Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, pitching creative event concepts, and closing deals with corporate clients, agencies, and high-profile stakeholders. Based in Badung, Bali, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your sales expertise and client management skills will directly impact our growth.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for events and experiential marketing services.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to expand the client portfolio.
- Design and present tailored event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and creative concepts, to meet client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure seamless handover to the operations team for execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to deliver high-impact events that exceed client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, updates, and post-event evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the events and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) sector.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the events, MICE, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a strong client base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of event planning, logistics, and client servicing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preferably Badung, Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
