Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
- Produce high-quality photos and videos of bakery products, behind-the-scenes processes, and brand stories.
- Edit and enhance visual content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and blog posts that align with brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns.
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and foster a loyal online following.
- Stay updated on food photography, videography, and digital marketing trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Food Photographer (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and content optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Passion for food, baking, or the culinary arts is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Baliâs digital and food scene is a bonus.
