Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site management.
- Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, budgets, and risk assessment plans to ensure flawless execution.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align event objectives with business goals.
- Oversee customer engagement strategies, including pre-event communications, on-site hospitality, and post-event follow-ups.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, gathering feedback to refine future initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through digital and traditional channels, maximizing attendance and impact.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations for all events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in event planning, operations, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of managing high-profile events with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s event industry landscape is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
