Responsibility
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market demands.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to define product features and priorities.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and backlogs using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor product performance metrics (KPIs, user engagement, revenue) and iterate based on data insights.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- Prepare business cases, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role (Assistant PMs with 1+ year may apply).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and product lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of launching successful products or features.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
