Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, workshops, and outreach programs in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, government agencies, and local stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Create engaging content and promotional materials for events, including social media campaigns, newsletters, and press releases.
- Manage event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and on-site execution.
- Collect and analyze feedback from event participants to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of community engagement strategies to enhance brand visibility and public relations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of events with broader marketing and communications initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in event planning, community engagement, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative event concepts and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software or CRM tools.
