Responsibility

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, including product launches, pop-up activations, and experiential marketing campaigns across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated brand strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee logistics to ensure seamless event execution within budget.
  • Create compelling event collateral, including invitations, signage, digital assets, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor event performance metrics, gather attendee feedback, and prepare post-event reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and influencer partnerships, to amplify event reach and engagement.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to represent the brand, scout event locations, and manage on-ground operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to propose innovative ideas and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, brand marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, branding, and storytelling to create engaging experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software, CRM systems) is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different cultures and work environments.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
