Responsibility

  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact events, product launches, and brand activations across Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Develop creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement, aligning with company objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, permits, and on-site execution to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and PR teams to integrate events into broader campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance using KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and lead generation, providing actionable insights for future activations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers, and stakeholders to expand our network and amplify brand reach.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies during all events and activations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and differentiate our brand experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in event management, brand activations, or experiential marketing, preferably in the lifestyle, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful events, product launches, or brand campaigns in Bali or similar markets.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and designing immersive brand experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Local market knowledge of Bali’s event landscape, including venues, vendors, and cultural nuances.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in event management software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Problem-solving attitude and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges during events.
