Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere in the service booth.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
- Serve orders efficiently while maintaining presentation and hygiene standards.
- Manage cash and digital transactions with precision, providing receipts and change as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies to ensure seamless service.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth.
- Uphold company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, events, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and event days (August 15–16 and similar periods).
