As an Event Sales Consultant, you will leverage your sales expertise and passion for events to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our event portfolio and enhancing our brand presence in the market.
Responsibility
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new event bookings through proactive sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored event solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract signing and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for events and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
