Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and promotional events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand standards.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, permits, equipment, and on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution.
- Oversee event marketing and promotional activities, including digital campaigns, social media engagement, and on-ground activations.
- Monitor event performance through KPIs and post-event analysis, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management to drive innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event project management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events, from concept to execution.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
