Responsibility
- Lead the design and structural planning of event installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervise on-site operations, including setup, teardown, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align event designs with project goals and budgets.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of creativity, efficiency, and accountability.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards and ensure smooth event execution.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Innovate and implement sustainable design practices to minimize environmental impact.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or logistical challenges during event preparation and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event design, structural planning, or related roles.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and event industry standards.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Portfolio showcasing previous event design projects is a plus.
