Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events, from concept to completion.
- Develop engaging promotional materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and digital ads.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, vendor negotiations, and on-site setup and teardown.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics and KPIs to optimize outreach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-ups.
- Assist in creating content calendars and scheduling posts for social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design (basic graphic design skills are advantageous).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with event planning, marketing projects, or volunteer work is a strong asset.
