As a key member of our sales team, you will oversee a dynamic territory covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your expertise in ethical pharmaceutical sales will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, ensuring product availability, and delivering exceptional service to healthcare professionals.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for ethical pharmaceutical products in the assigned Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance, gather competitive intelligence, and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide product training and support to medical representatives and distributors to ensure accurate and effective product promotion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and medical education programs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or a related field. A pharmaceutical background is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ethical pharmaceutical sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, product portfolios, and regulatory environment in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently, manage a team, and thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Bali region and possess a valid driver’s license.
