Responsibility
- Execute and manage ETF trades while maintaining tight spreads and liquidity.
- Monitor real-time market data to identify and capitalize on arbitrage opportunities.
- Collaborate with the trading desk to refine and optimize market-making algorithms.
- Manage intraday risk and ensure compliance with internal trading limits and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze historical market performance to provide actionable insights for future strategy development.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of trading activities and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding market conditions and portfolio health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of ETF structures, indices, and financial market mechanics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, or Excel/VBA is highly preferred).
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes trading environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
- Prior internship or project experience in financial services or trading desks is a strong advantage.
