Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of residential estates, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and landscaping to uphold property aesthetics and functionality.
- Manage tenant relations, address inquiries, and resolve conflicts to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance or safety issues proactively.
- Supervise on-site staff, including security, cleaning, and maintenance teams, to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare and manage budgets, expense reports, and financial records related to estate operations.
- Implement community engagement initiatives, such as events or communications, to foster a positive living environment.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth property management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, estate administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with tenants, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Indonesian real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
