Responsibility
- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between business processes and D365 BC capabilities, proposing optimized configurations or customizations.
- Develop and maintain custom extensions, integrations, and reports using AL, C/AL, and Power Platform tools.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless ERP implementation and user adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in D365 BC, including performance tuning, data migration, and system upgrades.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architectures, workflows, and user guides.
- Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on D365 BC functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
- Proficient in AL development, C/AL, and extension development for D365 BC.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and database management (SQL Server preferred).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), Azure, or other Microsoft cloud services is advantageous.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (e.g., MB-800, MB-820) are highly desired.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a client-centric approach.
