Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize ERP systems to support financial and accounting operations.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy ERP modules to enhance financial reporting and compliance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors to resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes, workflows, and configurations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP Analyst or similar role, preferably in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
