Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support ERP and business intelligence needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize data integration processes between ERP systems and Power BI for seamless reporting and analytics.
- Implement data governance and best practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of business intelligence outputs.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower end-users with self-service analytics capabilities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI performance, resolving issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Power BI solutions, including data dictionaries, process flows, and user guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration with BI tools.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations that drive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or other cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams.
