Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for ERP optimization.
- Design, configure, and implement customized Odoo ERP solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Inventory, CRM).
- Provide expert training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing system utilization.
- Develop technical documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, offering proactive solutions to enhance system performance.
- Stay updated on Odooâs latest features and industry best practices to deliver innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and responsive service.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or business analysis, preferably with Odoo.
- Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, sales, HR) and ERP system capabilities.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo modules, Python, or PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Certification in Odoo or other ERP platforms is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
