Responsibility
- Lead the implementation and configuration of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with client business processes and objectives.
- Conduct thorough system analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within existing ERP frameworks.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs to ensure smooth adoption and proficiency among end-users.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, accountants, and project managers, to customize ERP solutions and integrate third-party applications.
- Design and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions to clients.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and user manuals to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an ERP Consultant, Implementer, or similar role, with hands-on experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct training sessions and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience in system integration, data migration, and customization of ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Inventory, Supply Chain).
- Certification in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP Certified, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
