Responsibility
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify ERP requirements and gaps.
- Design, configure, and implement ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain) tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical specifications.
- Provide end-user training and create comprehensive user manuals for ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Stay updated with ERP industry trends and best practices to recommend system enhancements.
- Assist in data migration and integration between ERP and third-party applications.
- Deliver post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in ERP implementation, configuration, or support (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, HR, or supply chain management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
