Responsibility
- Monitor and operate equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and auxiliary parts.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment improvements and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during equipment operation and maintenance.
- Train and supervise junior staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment repairs and parts procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and auxiliary systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to train and mentor junior staff.
