Responsibility
- Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Design and oversee waste management, water treatment, and pollution control systems to minimize environmental impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into operational workflows.
- Monitor and analyze environmental data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on environmental best practices, including energy efficiency, renewable resources, and circular economy principles.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees and stakeholders on environmental policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging environmental technologies, regulations, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental engineering, sustainability, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, local Indonesian environmental policies).
- Proven experience in conducting environmental audits, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in environmental modeling software, GIS, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
