Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to gather and clarify technical and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing technical drawings, design proposals, and construction documents using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Coordinate between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and specifications.
- Review and verify technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
- Support the tendering and bidding process by compiling necessary technical data and submissions.
- Attend site visits and meetings to document progress, address queries, and relay updates to the team.
- Maintain organized project files, databases, and tracking systems for easy retrieval and reference.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills in civil engineering, architecture, and project management.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for the right candidate.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD or BIM software is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic project environments.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, building codes, or design principles is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or nearby areas).
