Responsibility
- Design, test, and refine AI prompts to improve the accuracy and relevance of NLP model responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, and UX designers) to integrate prompts into AI-driven applications.
- Analyze and iterate on prompt performance using metrics like precision, recall, and user engagement.
- Document prompt libraries, best practices, and version control for scalable AI solutions.
- Stay updated on LLM (Large Language Model) advancements and industry trends to enhance prompt engineering strategies.
- Troubleshoot and debug prompt-related issues in AI systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Contribute to A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of different prompt variations.
- Assist in training and fine-tuning AI models with high-quality, bias-free datasets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Basic understanding of NLP, machine learning, or AI fundamentals (courses, certifications, or self-study).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Python, JSON, or API integrations is a plus but not required.
