Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related inquiries and problems efficiently.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and inventory records.
- Assist in cybersecurity measures, including firewall management, antivirus updates, and access control.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deploy and manage cloud-based services and applications.
- Conduct regular backups and data recovery procedures to safeguard critical business information.
- Support the setup and maintenance of VoIP, video conferencing, and other communication systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking protocols.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are advantageous.
