Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects related to marine systems, water control, or automation machinery.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, install, and maintain technical solutions for clients.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, automation, or marine engineering principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (Denpasar, Kuta, Ubud, etc.) as needed.
- Familiarity with CAD software, PLC programming, or technical documentation is a plus.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and challenges.
