Responsibility
- Monitor and operate chemical production equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Follow standardized work instructions and batch records to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report any malfunctions or deviations to supervisors.
- Assist in the mixing, blending, and packaging of chemical products according to specified formulas.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment and replenishing raw materials.
- Record production data accurately in digital or physical logs for traceability and quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training will be provided for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic understanding of chemical safety principles (training will be provided).
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts (including nights/weekends) as per production schedules.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.
