Responsibility
- Assist in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Monitor production workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Conduct data analysis to track performance metrics and identify trends.
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in troubleshooting production issues and proposing corrective actions.
- Assist in the design and testing of new processes or equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process changes and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of process engineering principles and manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Familiarity with CAD software or process simulation tools is a plus.
- No prior work experience required—training will be provided!
