Responsibility
- Assist in designing and drafting mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Support site inspections and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations for mechanical components and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site mechanical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, electrical engineers, project managers) to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, as-built drawings, and compliance records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA), and sustainable engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, etc.) and engineering principles.
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali (Badung region) and adapt to project demands.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and contributing to large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
