Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic malfunctions under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status in logbooks or digital systems.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
- Operate machinery for testing purposes and verify functionality post-repair.
- Participate in rotating shifts (day/night/weekend) as required by operational needs.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided for the right attitude.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems (a plus, but not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals or schematics (training will be given).
- Physical stamina to lift/move equipment (up to 20 kg) and work in standing positions for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and adapt to flexible schedules.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in engineering is advantageous.
