Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update digital records, databases, and tracking systems using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve operational discrepancies or delays.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock reconciliation and supply chain documentation.
- Prepare and distribute operational communications (e.g., delivery confirmations, status updates).
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and meeting coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and other digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, ERP systems).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in administration, logistics, or operations is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software and workflows.
- Willingness to commit to a 6–9 month contract with potential for extension based on performance.
