Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update digital tracking systems, databases, and spreadsheets (advanced Excel required).
- Liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve delivery discrepancies or delays.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Process and verify delivery documentation, including invoices, receipts, and proof of delivery.
- Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation for delivery-related assets.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, ERP systems).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software and workflows.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with a flexible schedule as needed.
