Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries or concerns.
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system with attention to detail.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data protection regulations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) diploma or currently enrolled in college.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with clear and neutral accent.
- No prior BPO experience required—full training provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable working in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., typing, navigating software).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Willing to work on-site in Bali (relocation assistance may apply).
