Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements under supervision.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
- Support the team in data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking using accounting software.
- Help maintain general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement calculations.
- Prepare and file tax-related documents (with guidance from senior staff).
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (internships count!).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of GAAP or IFRS standards is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced financial environment.
