Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring data integrity.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and file tax documents under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Assist in audit preparations by organizing financial records and documentation.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) for efficient data entry and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes align with company policies.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
