Responsibility
- Conduct face-to-face marketing and client engagement to promote products/services.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Execute sales activation strategies across multiple channels (retail, events, digital touchpoints).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine communication and sales approaches.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Bali.
- Track and report on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, customer satisfaction, sales targets).
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for client meetings and activations.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques, CRM tools, or digital marketing is advantageous.
